The rules and conditions set out in this document apply to all services on the 930k platform. Whether you browse the 930k website, open an account, place a bet, or take part in any game — these terms are binding for all such activities.

930k is an online gaming and betting platform that provides various casino games, slots, live casino and sports betting services for users in Bangladesh. The platform handles financial transactions through bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

Although these terms and conditions were originally drafted in English, the Bengali version is considered the primary version. In the event of any inconsistency between the two languages, the Bengali text shall be final.

To use the services of 930k, the following conditions must be met:

• Participating in online gaming and betting activities must be lawful under the laws of your country.
• You may only hold one account in your name — multiple accounts for the same person are strictly prohibited.

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account with 930k, you must complete the registration form with a valid mobile number, username and password. The mobile number is confirmed via OTP verification during registration. This information is later used for identity verification and transactions.

3.2 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. Do not share your password with anyone, and if you log in from a cyber café or shared device, always log out afterwards. If any unauthorised access to your account occurs, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Updating Account Information

If any information provided at registration changes — particularly your mobile number — update it promptly in your account settings. 930k will not be liable for delayed withdrawals caused by outdated or incorrect information.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits to 930k can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are generally processed automatically; however, if there is any delay, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Users must use the same payment method for withdrawals as was used for the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Conditions

• For both deposits and withdrawals, the mobile wallet registered under the account holder's name must be used.
• Transactions using a third party's mobile number or wallet are not permitted.
• For suspicious transactions, 930k may request additional information for verification.
• 930k reserves the right to review transactions as needed to prevent money laundering.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500, and to withdraw this bonus ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for bonuses is 25 times the bonus amount. This means to withdraw funds earned from a bonus, that bonus must be bet 25 times. On a ৳20,200 deposit receiving a ৳15,000 bonus, the wagering requirement will be ৳15,000 × 25 = ৳3,75,000.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is given only once per account.
• Account verification must be completed before a bonus is awarded.
• Bonuses have a set expiry; if wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• 930k reserves the right to change the terms of any promotion with prior notice.

6.1 Game Outcomes

The outcomes of all games provided on 930k are determined by verified algorithms. In slots and other RNG-based games, each spin or round is determined independently and has no connection to previous results.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game or betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. 930k reserves the right to adjust the betting limits of any user as needed.

6.3 Game Cancellations and Technical Errors

If a game or betting session is left incomplete due to a technical error, 930k reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet amount. If an abnormal profit is made by exploiting a system or software error, those funds will be considered void.

6.4 Sports Betting

For sports betting, bets placed before an event begins are settled at pre-match odds. Live bet odds change in real time and the odds at the moment the bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.

The following activities are completely prohibited on the 930k platform:

• Placing bets or playing games using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Making unauthorised attempts to access the platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening or behaving disrespectfully towards other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Match fixing or deliberately placing opposing bets to create guaranteed profit.
• Selling or transferring an account to another person.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in account termination and the balance may be forfeited.

8.1 Suspension by 930k

In cases of a breach of these terms, suspicious transactions or security concerns, 930k may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice.

8.2 Closure at User Request

If you wish to close your account yourself, submit a request via live chat. If all bonus conditions have not been met before closure, the bonus will be cancelled; however, you may request a refund of your own deposited funds (excluding bonuses).

8.3 Self-Exclusion for Responsible Gaming

930k's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the amount of the transaction in question.
